You can schedule a drive-thru test
Please note the following:
1) Select a location for your drive thru test
2) Book your appointment
3) Pay for your test
4) Get an email receipt which is sent to your email
5) Bring your receipt and valid ID to the drive-thru site for your appointment
6) Once tested, your nasal swab will be sent to LifeHope Labs to be tested
7) You will be notified by Dr. Einstein of your results within 72 hours.

You may request a refund if we are unable to provide your test results within 72 hours.

Refund requests are processed immediately; however, most banks will take 5-10 days to post the refund to your account. We do not refund fees paid for completed tests when results are provided within 72 hours or less.
Insurance reimbursement may vary by insurance carrier; however, most insurance carriers are reimbursing for Coronavirus testing. You can submit the receipt you will receive by email to your insurance carrier to request reimbursement. The receipt includes our tax id which is required by most carriers. Please check with your carrier before proceeding if this is important to you. We cannot guarantee reimbursement from any insurance carrier.
