What we need
RESPONSIBLE FOR: MR technologists perform diagnostic Magnetic Resonance examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist. MR Technologists provide patient care to all age groups to include pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A minimum of 3 years experience as a MRI Technologist preferred.
MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiography (R) and MRI (MR).
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: BLS Certified. CT experience favorable but not necessary.
Registered Nurse opportunity at a brand new interventional radiology & aesthetics center! Life Hope has an exciting full time opportunity for a dynamic, compassionate RN to join our team as we launch our free standing interventional radiology & aesthetics center serving the booming community of Alpharetta Georgia.
The practice will perform advanced image guided procedures to treat patients with various health issues including vascular disease, oncology, women’s health and pain management. Additionally, there will be a full compliment of aesthetic and weight reduction procedures with fitness and nutritional counseling.
The imaging equipment including MRI, CT, ultrasound and interventional procedures lab are state of the art and will also be used for diagnostic exams.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team working directly with the interventional procedures. In addition to direct patient care, there will be opportunity to oversee the clinical staff and participate in QA, regulatory, compliance and accreditation requirements.
Experience/requirements would include an RN degree, ACLS/BLS certification and eligibility for state of Georgia licensure. At least 2 years of experience in ASC, and Sedation in an office base procedure lab setting is ideal. Experience using conscious sedation and sterile technique is essential.
