We are no longer performing drive-thru testing; however, we are happy to help you.

Insurance Reimbursement Information

If you came to one of our drive-thru testing facilities and paid for your test, you may be eligible for a partial or full reimbursement from your insurance provider.

One of our customer care representatives will help you complete your paperwork as necessary.  Please note that each carrier may have their own reimbursment policy and amount.  We have no control over the benefits they may offer.

Please do not send reimbursement correspondance to any of our church partners who were gracious enough to allow us to use their parking lots to host our drive-thru tents.  If you need additional assistance, please call 770-755-1733 to speak to a customer care representative.

Who should get tested?

You should ask to be tested if you are experiencing mild to severe respiratory symptoms that may include fever, cough and shortness of breath.  Having contact with a person who is infected or in an area where COVID-19 is widespread is another reason for you to request being tested.

Testing and early detection of COVID-19 make it possible for you to take action right 
away to help prevent the spread of this virus to others around you.
